Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Please take care when purchasing our wonderful gift boxes as we do not offer exchanges/refunds on change of mind.
• If the product sizing is incorrect we will accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase provided the product is kept in it's original condition with tags attached. Please email info@pawsandparcels.com.au to notify us of the exchange. Paws & Parcels will not be responsible for the shipping cost to return this product. 
• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
